A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Corrales-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Too many Corrales, NM families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Corrales operation differently. Every technician on our Corrales roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Corrales isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Corrales, NM, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Corrales, NM-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Anyone in Corrales who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Corrales call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Corrales jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Corrales line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Corrales crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Truck-mounted extraction equipment on every Corrales rig pulls high volumes of standing water fast, so drying starts the same day instead of the next. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Corrales homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Corrales accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Corrales crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Corrales drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Corrales estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Our Corrales, NM warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Corrales tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Corrales job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
Our Corrales team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Corrales address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Our Corrales technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Corrales paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
